In the bustling areas of Detroit and Cleveland, Beverly cut her teeth in the banking industry, starting as a Teller and eventually ascending to the lofty heights of IT Administrative Team Manager. But life had grander plans for her. Relocation opened new doors. Beverly lent her expertise to State and Federal governments, leaving her indelible mark.
Next came the AT&T chapter—a remarkable 25-year saga. She morphed from a Customer Service Representative into a Call Center Leader, wielding her Project Management Certification like a magic wand to enhance customer satisfaction. But that wasn’t enough. Beverly’s quest for excellence led her to Labor Relations, where she deftly navigated the administration of contracts and grievances.
Her crowning achievement? A Human Resources Certification, solidifying her HR prowess. Yet, it was on the stage that Beverly truly sparkled. Public speaking became her passion. Toastmasters, Int’l, and the National Speakers Association welcomed her into their fold, introducing her to luminaries who polished her presence until it gleamed.
