Beverly Hathorn is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in project management and human resources. She began her career at AT&T, where she quickly rose through the ranks from Customer Service Representative to Manager. In this role, she led a team and was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Later on, Beverly took on the challenge of leading Business Process Outsourcing, where she excelled in designing and delivering training programs focused on process improvement and customer satisfaction. She also served as a Labor Relations Manager, overseeing the grievance process and managing the administration of the Bargaining Agreement.

Today, as the Owner of Strategic HR Consultants and a sought-after Professional Speaker, Beverly’s mission is to assist Contact Centers in building high-performing teams that are both efficient and effective. Her expertise and insights have made her a trusted advisor in the industry.

Beverly resides in Lithonia, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, with her husband and family. She finds joy in gardening, going on long walks, exploring new destinations, and cherishing quality time with her loved ones.
